Phoenix Premier Pools is a family-owned, locally operated pool service company headquartered in the Phoenix metro. Routes run from one operations base across the entire Valley — no franchise territories, no per-city subcontractors. Every weekly visit is performed by our own team on a schedule built around geography rather than city lines.
That means if you’re in Anthem, your tech may be the same person who serviced an Arcadia pool earlier the same morning. One phone number serves all seven cities, one team handles every route, and a written service card is left at every visit regardless of which neighborhood you’re in. We can sometimes pick up work in nearby cities like Cave Creek, Fountain Hills, Carefree, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, or Avondale — depending on the day, the time of year, and how many existing accounts we have nearby. Text or call us with your address and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can run a reliable route to you. We’d rather say no on day one than over-promise on a route we can’t hold consistently.

SEO, mostly — and because what matters at a Scottsdale estate pool is genuinely different from what matters at a Surprise active-adult community or an Anthem freeze-night winter. Each city page goes deep on city-specific quirks like water hardness, common pool finishes, HOA notes, and neighborhood coverage. Behind all of them is the same local team running the same routes.
What if my home is just outside the cities you list?
Text or call us with your address. We can sometimes pick up work in adjacent cities — Cave Creek, Fountain Hills, Carefree, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Avondale — but only when the geography fits an existing route. If we can’t cover you reliably, we’d rather say so up front than over-promise and miss visits.
Do you charge more for service in farther suburbs?
No. Our flat-price monthly rate is the same across our regular service cities — route geography is our problem, not yours. We don’t tack on a “travel fee” for Anthem or Paradise Valley. The only exception is a one-off mid-week trip outside our normal route day, which we’d quote separately and only if it actually came up.
Do different cities get different route days?
Yes. Routes are built around geography, so the North Valley (Anthem, north Scottsdale, north Phoenix) tends to cluster on the same day, the West Valley (Glendale, Peoria, Surprise) clusters on another, and central Phoenix / Paradise Valley / central Scottsdale fill the remaining days. We can usually accommodate a specific day request, but routes run more reliably when we keep neighborhoods grouped.
What happens if I move from one of your service cities to a non-listed area?
Tell us. If your new address is reachable from an existing route, we keep your account running with no interruption. If you’re moving outside our coverage, we wrap up the current account cleanly and refer you to a trusted operator near your new home wherever possible.
